Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• A site user must be legally able to enter into binding agreements.
• Account details provided to AANR.CLUB must be accurate and kept up to date.
• A site user is responsible for safeguarding login credentials and notifying us of unauthorized access.
• AANR.CLUB may suspend or terminate access if a site user violates these Terms or engages in activity that harms the platform or other site users.

2. Acceptable Use

A site user agrees to:

• Respect the privacy, safety, and consent of every site user.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with community guidelines.
• Avoid interfering with or disrupting platform operations, security, or infrastructure.
• Refrain from uploading malicious code or attempting to access data that does not belong to the site user.

3. Content & Privacy

• Content shared within the platform may be visible to other site users based on tenant or event permissions. Review the Privacy Policy for more details on how information is handled.
• A site user should not disclose another site user’s personal information outside the platform without explicit permission.
• AANR.CLUB reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Events & Participation

• Participation in events organized through the platform is voluntary and at the site user’s own risk.
• Event hosts may set additional requirements that a site user must follow to attend.
• A site user is responsible for reviewing event details, fees, and cancellation policies before responding.
• AANR.CLUB and event hosts may modify or cancel events when necessary.

5. Payments

• Fees processed through the platform are subject to the terms presented during checkout.
• A site user authorizes AANR.CLUB or its processors to charge the selected payment method for approved transactions.
• Refunds are managed according to the applicable tenant or event policy.
• A site user must resolve disputes with the relevant tenant or event organizer when required.

6. Communications

• AANR.CLUB may send transactional messages about account activity, security, or platform updates.
• Optional marketing or community messages can be managed through notification preferences or unsubscribe controls.
• A site user should update contact information promptly to ensure important notices are received.

7. Intellectual Property

AANR.CLUB owns or licenses the platform software, design, and related materials. A site user may use these assets only as necessary to access the services provided. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AANR.CLUB disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AANR.CLUB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant updates will be communicated to site users when required.
