What the platform is
NaturistClubs.com is a club management and event discovery platform for non-sexual naturist and nudist clubs. It provides tools for event listing, member management, RSVP tracking, member applications, and club communication.
The platform serves two distinct audiences: members of the public looking for non-sexual naturist events and clubs, and club organizers who use the platform to manage their communities. Both audiences are subject to these terms.
Community standards
This platform is exclusively for non-sexual naturist and nudist activities. This is not a recommendation or guideline. It is a firm requirement of participation.
All clubs, events, and individuals using the platform agree to:
Conduct all activities in a non-sexual manner
Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
Maintain a respectful and inclusive environment for all participants
Not facilitate, advertise, or permit sexual activity, solicitation, or explicit content of any kind
Not discriminate against participants on the basis of race, gender, age, disability, religion, or national origin
We reserve the right to remove any club, event, or account from the platform at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that these standards have been violated. Removal does not entitle the affected party to a refund of any fees paid.
Accounts
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the platform. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or maintaining an account. Accounts created with false information may be suspended or terminated.
Club organizer responsibilities
Club organizers who list their clubs or events on the platform take on additional responsibilities:
Ensuring all events and club activities comply with community standards and applicable laws
Accurately representing the nature, location, and requirements of events
Maintaining appropriate venue arrangements and safety standards at events
Handling member information collected through the platform with care and discretion
Promptly reporting to us any safety concerns, policy violations, or issues arising from events
Club organizers are independent parties, not employees or agents of NaturistClubs.com. We are not responsible for the conduct of clubs, their organizers, or event participants.
Content
Your content
Club organizers and members retain ownership of content they submit to the platform, including event descriptions, club information, and profile content (“user content”). By submitting content, you grant NaturistClubs.com a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
Content standards
You agree not to submit content that:
Is false, misleading, or deceptive
Is sexual, explicit, or inappropriate for a non-sexual community platform
Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
Contains personal information about others without their consent
Violates any applicable law or regulation
Harasses, threatens, or demeans other users
Removal
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, without prior notice and without liability.
Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read it carefully. It describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Intellectual property
The platform, including its design, code, text, graphics, logos, and brand identity, is owned by NaturistClubs.com and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written permission, except as explicitly permitted by these terms or by law.
The NaturistClubs.com name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of NaturistClubs.com. Nothing in these terms grants you the right to use our trademarks.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Platform provided as-is
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
No endorsement of clubs or events
Listing a club or event on the platform does not constitute our endorsement, recommendation, or verification of that club, its organizers, or its activities. We conduct basic onboarding review but are not able to verify all information provided or monitor all activities.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NaturistClubs.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any content on it. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms, our community standards, or if we believe your actions may harm the platform or its users.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, we will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
Changes and governing law
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify account holders by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may close your account before the effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts with proper jurisdiction, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NaturistClubs.com regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements.
